Rachel is a Senior Clinical Recruiter for The Steely Group. She brings nearly 15 years of experience to the firm, and is respected greatly for her tenacity, determination and great attention to detail.
Rachel’s success in the recruiting industry is based, in part, on her passion for understanding the needs of both clients and candidates, as well as a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
An expert in e-recruiting, Rachel earned the AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) designation and specializes in Clinical Operations, Data Management, Drug Safety, Medical Writing, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Science and Biostatistics for the Clinical Research industry.
Prior to joining The Steely Group, Rachel held senior talent acquisition roles at several national recruiting firms including Advanced Clinical, MedFocus, Bridge Personnel Services and PA Staffing.
Rachel’s passion for her work is matched by her passion for a healthier future for all babies – she is an avid supporter and fundraiser for the March of Dimes.
In addition to her CIR designation, Rachel holds a B.A. in Psychology from Northern Illinois University.
