Who do you know? Your referrals could earn you money!

The Steely Group is always looking for good people, and you can help!

 

Research shows that new hires that come into a company through employee referrals are excellent contributors and stay with the company longer. That’s where you come in!

 

If you know someone who would be a good addition to The Steely Group, and they meet the qualifications for an existing open position, refer them for employment and if they are hired you could earn money!

Contract Positions

 

Refer candidates who meet the qualifications for an existing open Contract position, and if your candidate is hired, you’ll be awarded a payout based on the number of referrals:

 

  • 1st referral hired: $500
  • 2nd referral hired: $750
  • 3rd referral hired: $1,000

Permanent Positions

 

​Refer candidates who meet the qualifications for an existing open Permanent position, and if your candidate is hired, you’ll be awarded a payout based on the level of the position:

 

  • Salary of $0 – 100k:  Referral Bonus of $500
  • Salary of $100,001+: Referral Bonus of $1,000

How to Submit Your Referrals:

 

Submitting your referral is easy! Just send us an email with the phrase ‘Candidate Referral’ in the Subject Line, and be sure to include the following information:

 

  • Job Title (from The Steely Group Job Board)
  • Name and contact information (email, phone, etc.) of the person you’re referring
  • Your name and contact information for follow up

Program Rules:

 

  1. The hiring of a referred employee must occur within one (1) year of the initial referral date.
  2. The referral must represent the candidate’s first contact with The Steely Group.
  3. The referring employee must agree to have his/her name used for introduction.
  4. The first employee to refer a candidate will be the only referring employee eligible for payment.
  5. Only candidates who meet the essential qualifications for the position will be considered.
  6. All candidates will be evaluated for employment consistent with The Steely Group policies and procedures.
  7. All information regarding the hiring decision will remain strictly confidential.
  8. Any disputes or interpretations of the referral program will be handled through Human Resources.
  9. All referral bonus payments will be paid upon successful completion of 30 days of employment for Contract positions and 90 days of employment for Permanent positions.
